There is no alcohol on the menu: instead there are 24 kinds of tea, tea ceremonies and mocktails.

What this place is
Warm terracotta on the ground floor of the quarter by the water
ZEN occupies the ground floor in Marina Village — the residential quarter of Sea Breeze right by the water. The opening was announced by the resort itself: in its summer 2026 review the restaurant is named among the venues that began operating in the quarter in the same season as MAMOUNIA, The Woo, No Marina, Giotto and HookahPlace.
The venue describes itself briefly: “soft light, natural tones and a minimalist yet cozy interior, a design in warm sandy and terracotta shades”. In the photos these are rows of wicker lanterns, red paper carp under the ceiling, fans and guardian lions by the bar counter.
The format is “Coffee · Noodle · Sushi · Shisha”: a kitchen, a sushi bar, a hookah menu and a tea room. There is no alcohol at all.
The restaurant lives under two names: on Google and on social media it is “ZEN MARINA”, on TripAdvisor and on its own digital menu it is “ZEN Seabreeze”. The address, phone number and coordinates match: it is the same venue. The chain has a second address in Baku's White City quarter, and it is better not to confuse it with this one.

24 kinds of tea, coffee from 8 ₼, fresh juices, lemonades in carafes and a dozen and a half mocktails with names like ZEN GARDEN and GOLDEN DRAGON.
A separate line is the tea ceremony: 100 ₼, with a hookah 120 ₼, the VIP version 150 ₼. Hookahs — from 60 ₼ in clay to 85 ₼ in a pineapple.
